My Privacy Rights

Thanks for visiting our Privacy Rights page.  We take your privacy very seriously and work hard to protect the personal information we collect.  At this time, this page is intended to be a one-stop shop for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, and Virginia residents to exercise the privacy rights granted to them under their state laws.  As privacy laws continue to change, we will add more functionality and more covered residents. 

Consumer Rights Requests:

California Opt-Out Requests:

The California Privacy Rights Act grants California residents the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, including cross-context behavioral advertising (also known as targeted ads), the right to limit the use and disclosure of their sensitive personal information.  Please see our California Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection for the types of information we collect, including a description of sensitive information we collect, as well as other more information about these opt-out rights.

Colorado Opt-Out Requests:

The Colorado Consumer Data Protection Act grants Colorado residents the right to opt out of the sale of their personal data, the right to opt out of targeted advertising, and the right to opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the consumer.  Please see our Colorado Privacy Policy for more information about these opt-out rights.
